Initiate a Return/Refund

How does it work?

    1. Read the Refund policy to see if you can return an item. 
    2. You need to log in with the same email that you bought something from us. 
    3. Select the specific item you bought and the reason, and select request return.
    4. We'll receive a email and than we can decline or aprove your request. 
    5. Once is aprove it, you'll receive a return label.
    6. Print your return label, if you haven't received it yet, we'll send it to you soon via email. (If you don't have a printer at home you will have use a shipping carrier)
    7. Attach the label to the package, cover or remove any old shipping labels.
    8. give the package to usps. 
    9. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it. 
    10. Once we get the package, please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for your refund/exchange.
