Initiate a Return/Refund
How does it work?
- Read the Refund policy to see if you can return an item.
- You need to log in with the same email that you bought something from us.
- Select the specific item you bought and the reason, and select request return.
- We'll receive a email and than we can decline or aprove your request.
- Once is aprove it, you'll receive a return label.
- Print your return label, if you haven't received it yet, we'll send it to you soon via email. (If you don't have a printer at home you will have use a shipping carrier)
- Attach the label to the package, cover or remove any old shipping labels.
- give the package to usps.
- Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it.
- Once we get the package, please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for your refund/exchange.
